Virgo, The Final Days of September Won’t Go as Planned: Here’s What Awaits You
You Cannot Organize Someone Into Being Ready
A personal conversation may prove harder to manage than a changed deadline. Someone could ask for your advice, agree that things need to change, and then return with the same problem a few days later. Or a person you are dating may be warm and interested while remaining strangely unable to make a plan. It is natural to wonder whether a clearer message from you would help.
Say what you mean once, in plain language. Tell them when you are available, what you need from the arrangement, or which part of their situation you can help with. Then give them room to respond through their actions. Drafting the perfect follow-up text will not make someone ready to have a conversation they keep avoiding. Neither will supplying every option until they finally choose one.
This does not mean you have to cut anyone off because they are having a difficult month. People need patience, and you may want to offer it. You can decide how much time you are comfortable giving without putting your own plans on indefinite hold. That choice may feel unfamiliar if you usually measure care by how much you can do for someone. Care can also mean being honest about what you have left to give.
