Frequently Asked Questions

Do you store what I enter into the calculators? No. Every calculator on this site runs entirely in your browser. Your birth date, birth time, birth place and name never leave your device — they are not transmitted to us, and there is no database holding them.

I think one of your calculations is wrong. Please write to us with the exact details you entered and what you expected. Astronomical calculations are checkable, and if ours is off we want to fix it and say so publicly under our Corrections Policy.

Why does your sun sign result differ from other sites? Because most sites use a fixed table of dates, and the real sign boundaries shift by up to a day between years. We compute the Sun’s actual position for your birth year. If you were born near a cusp, ours is the more accurate answer.

Do you offer personal readings? No. Our content is written for each sign in general, and the calculators are automated. We do not offer paid personal consultations.

Can I write for you? Possibly — send a short pitch and a writing sample by email.

How do I delete my data? Email us from the address in question and we will process the request within 30 days, as described in our Privacy Policy.
