Libra may have seemed interested in you while keeping every other possibility open. Before you dismiss them entirely, they may finally address the question they have been avoiding. Libra sometimes spends so long trying to avoid a difficult conversation that the delay becomes the most hurtful part. They might admit they were afraid of promising something they could not give, or that they handled another relationship poorly before meeting you. Hearing that will not make the uncertainty enjoyable, but it could make their behavior easier to understand.
What matters now is whether Libra can speak plainly when your answer might not be the one they want. Ask what has changed, and give them room to answer without supplying the words yourself. If they offer another beautiful speech with no clear intention behind it, trust your frustration. If they make a specific choice and accept that you may need time, you could meet a more honest version of the person you thought you knew.
